Hawkmoon begins drilling on Wilson Gold property, Quebec
Vancouver, British Columbia – (COMMERCIAL THREAD) –Hawkmoon Resources Corp. (CSE: HM; FSE: 966) (“Hawkmoon“or the”Company“) began its diamond drilling program (the”Program“) on the Wilson Gold Project (“Wilson“or the”Property“). The Property is located approximately 125 kilometers northeast of Val-d’Or and 15 kilometers east of the town of Lebel-sur-Quévillon. Hawkmoon plans to drill approximately 5,000 meters on Wilson in 29 holes this summer.
The program will target three key areas on and around the Toussaint, Midrim and Moneta-Porcupine North showings. Hawkmoon plans to validate several historic drill holes that were drilled long before National Instrument 43-101 (“Regulation 43-101“) has been implemented. This will aim to bring the extensive database into compliance with NI 43-101. Hawkmoon also intends to check for mineralization under the trenches, to test for some induced polarity (“IP») As well as drill holes for possible extensions of existing showings. The program is expected to take approximately five weeks. The program is overseen by Thomas Clarke, vice president of exploration for Hawkmoon Resources.
